Quintin Robinson, retired City of Memphis Human Resources Director and former Walmart Corporate Human Resources executive, has launched the consulting firm Innovative Global Solutions, LLC (IGS). Robinson steered Memphis through its most recent employee and retiree medical plan reforms.
