The Tennessee Public Relations Alliance, formed in late 2011, has added a new member: Q Strategies of Chattanooga. “This places the alliance in each of the state’s major media markets and formalizes the partnership we have enjoyed for years with one of the Chattanooga area’s most knowledgeable and effective strategists, Tom Griscom,” said Mark McNeely, senior partner of McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations of Nashville.
